Where can I find some of these? Does anyone know where I can find the type of pads that are used on the stock GT for the memory?
I took the pads off to repalce them with AS5. I found out that the heatsink is nowhere near flat and the memory barely makes contact with it. I already threw the stock pads away, and I don't want to put a thick layer of AS5 on there because I don't want it oozing all over the place. I want to put some of those pads back on there that it had stock, but I don't know where to get them or what to search for. Searching for "thermal pad" just gives me those things for CPU HSFs that melt into goo, and "thermal tape" brings up the adhesive stuff. I don't know what else it would be called. The pads on the GT just sit between the memory and HS, it doesn't melt into goo and it's not adhesive.
