Still running 186.18, worth it to jump to 257.21?

So, I am notoriously distrusting of updating my graphics drivers after I settle on a set that works. However, I am wondering if it is worth it to go ahead and update to 257.21. My system is perfectly stable at 186.18 so it is hard to convince myself to make the jump to an unknown level of stability from perfect stability. However, I frequently get in game notifications from games like Dragon Age warning me that my drivers are out of date and I could end up with problems due to that.

I am running a gtx 285. What are you thoughts? Do it? Don't?

I noticed that Dragon Age ran better with the 190 series drivers than the 180's. I was stuck at 186.88 for quite a while because it was the last driver set that didn't stutter the shit out of Fallout 3. I recently installed the 257.21 but this is a fresh install so I don't have any games on it yet other than Crysis and HL2.

You can always go back if things don't work out with the newer ones. Just do a driver sweeper if your going backwards incase some files don't overwrite.
