It's a Korean game. Irrelevant.I want to see the regional breakdown...might be a case of players from China skewing the numbers

The same excuse the "Terminally Woke" crowd gave for Black Myth: Wukong's success.
Yet the same rehearsed excuse when a game that doesn't pander to the "terminally woke" does wellBlack Myth is a very different game compared to Stellar Blade...focus is on action/combat, not characters in thongs and bikinis

Are you really that dense? SB is just as much of an action/adventure game as BM, if not more so.Black Myth is a very different game compared to Stellar Blade...focus is on action/combat, not characters in thongs and bikinis

This game is basically Barbie for men. You don't play to advance the story, you play to collect outfits and make Eve look cute
Polonyc is Paul Tassi's or Jason Schreier's secret [H] account.Yet the same rehearsed excuse when a game that doesn't pander to the "terminally woke" does well![]()
Pretty sure the goalpost is firmly planted in "It seems developers who dump tons of resources into virtue signalling and forced representation and pandering to atypical demographics not traditionally associated with gaming are usually compensating for a lack of quality in their product by trying to shield against criticism by means of straw-manning their opponent's arguments as bigotry."I love your revisionist memory...you conveniently leave out the games that don't fit into your narrative...how about Cyberpunk 2077?...did that do well?...was it 'woke'?...how about Forbidden West?...God of War Ragnarok?
I already know you're going to move the goalposts and talk about some other metric like how Ragnarok didn't sell as well as Game A or Game B...but again, Ragnarok did very well
..how about Forbidden West?...

Which.... is what you do![]()
When numbers don't agree: Make excuses™you're not doing it right...you're only looking at PC numbers...even the best games on PlayStation did not do amazing numbers on PC (too long of a wait is a major reason)...if you're seriously saying that Forbidden West or Last of Us: Part II were failures all I can do is laugh
I never said Wokeness causes games to fail. I said:and of course you ignored all the games I posted which sold very well despite any "wokeness"...when you tried to claim earlier that all games that attempt to add woke elements fail

It's fun to watch you crash out like this. Accepting reality is incredibly difficult, especially when you've been told time and time again that you're the good guy, fighting the good fight. When it turns out that your opponents were correct, you were yelling into the void, and the real world is not the same thing you've been told it was.
It is well known you are seriously lacking in reading comprehension skills, but I will play along anyway...if you're seriously saying
Forbidden West
Last of Us: Part II
keep telling yourself that...my brain is a supercomputer...I don't fail...my win rate on forums is 82.43%
it's like Deep Blue vs Garry Kasparov
Oh, well, if TwistedMetalGear says so...no it's not...
So the problem is not that open world games have 100+ hours worth of content, the problem is that you are forced to complete it all to get to the end screen. Fetch quests and collecting crap used to be fully optional, but since DA:I they made it an unavoidable part of games.
Black Myth is a very different game compared to Stellar Blade...focus is on action/combat, not characters in thongs and bikinis
he could always play the demo...Just watch the gameplay.
It's essentially softcore porn. This is gross
How dare you suggest such a thing, he has his biases and no outside stimuli is allowed to touch them.he could always play the demo...
How did we get here? That people feign outrage and disgust over sexy waifus. This is gross
I agree, this is the pendulum swinging too hard the other way from the ugly woke approved designs. It is an equal but opposite reaction. Can we just go back to character designs from the 2000s?It's essentially softcore porn.
Not my kind of game but fuck it, I'm glad it exists.
There is more to it than that. They were trying to convince people that women are supposed to look indistinguishable from trans women, the danger is undoing their progress towards that goal. Every female character in every western game has been painstakingly uglified, and then around comes these Korean schmucks and release this. What's insane about the Terminally Woke crying their eyes out about this game is that there's actually nothing "dangerous" about it aside from having a physically ideal, doll-like female as the lead. Claiming this is part of a culture war is revealing a really REALLY childish fact: The only reason the Terminally Woke hate this game is because the Anti-Woke Chuds love it.
I think the majority of male gamers genuinely want this, and that's OK. It is also a myth that female players must by definition hate this. While male gamers want to look at waifus, many female gamers want to cosplay as them. So I would not be surprised if not an insignificant number of activists who feign outrage over it in social media will be secretly playing it, just like they did with Hogwart's Legacy. And the Anti-woke chuds love this game because they KNEW some obese, blue-haired Theythem would be crying and puking in abject offence at it's existence.
In fact, if the Terminally Woke were to react to this game like "oh hey, a group of devs from Korea worked hard on releasing a pop-action game, good for them" then chances are the Chuds would have completely ignored it.
It is intentional shit posting, Hershy is the resident internet troll so he is best ignored and not taken seriously. How did we get here? That people feign outrage and disgust over sexy waifus.
Dang what took you so long?!This is gross

Ragnarok sold millions fewer copies than 2018 did. As did Forbidden West and Spider-Man 2 compared to their originals.I love your revisionist memory...you conveniently leave out the games that don't fit into your narrative...how about Cyberpunk 2077?...did that do well?...was it 'woke'?...how about Forbidden West?...God of War Ragnarok?

You don't even play games, so how would you know?no it's not...
This is gross
Because the angry ones are just kids that didn't grow up playing tomb raider and watching xena.I find it hilarious that people are complaining about a beautiful woman kicking ass in game. When I went to check twitch just now, half of the top 20 streamers in the Stellar Blade category are females playing this game. Some of them are wanting to cosplay the character. That should tell you something.
I have watched some streams and I'm going, damn, I'm liking the story and the gameplay actually looks interesting. So why don't you also judge this game by its story and gameplay instead of only harping on the looks of the character...
