Steam, no font; ideas?

Well, my stem began looking like this over the last few days. I basically do not see any text, anywhere. Not sure what has caused it; anybody have any solutions?
I have tried reinstalling steam, I kept all of the files however since I did not want to re-download all games; didn't help any.

Fixed it. For some odd reason I was missing Tahoma font...

Since the patch my fonts in game have been different, on the scoreboards and on your little stats thing at the bottom of TF2 when you look at the scoreboard. Pretty wierd
