steam is missing

im missing my list of ALL my games ins team how do i get them back like it was with the old steam please

Do you still have the steam folder with all of the games?

open the steam installation folder up and run steam.exe and set it back up. The client will update.

OP - as suggested what have you tried and what exactly is the issue?

judging by his post history I'm guessing this new issue is something basic, probably having to do with the new Steam UI...he probably just has all his games Hidden or in a different tab

I dont see my half of my games in my steam folder. I have to search for them now from the start menu did steam change how you view your games now? LIke when i scoll down to play hl2 death match its not showing in order that game in steam though its there when i search for it thru windows

did it loose a directory with games or is it random? If it is a whole directory, try adding it via options.
