it does for my son but it won't let him add it. Make sure your not trying to get the Source version.

It is now missing the line for the limited event. Looks like front end piece was pushed early, before the back end settings. My guess is the giveaway is actually scheduled to start tomorrow/sometime closer to the 20th and someone moved whatever changes early

The SteamDB entry seems to confirm that. Maybe somebody typed 16 instead of 19 when they queued the update.
