or lack of funding, due to raja's ignorance or his hard on for the side piece... intel yeah fuck amd, right? just wait til the ITI 2160ti hits the market... raja just took a steaming dump on amd, why leave now? oh yeah.. cash for trade secrets...

I disagree with everything you wrote other than this is a steaming dump all over AMD's face.

No they do not, you obviously cant read what the lawyers drew up in the lawsuit settlement, they cant use anything from Nvidia patents that has anything to do with AI processing. Second of all they are not allowed to modify the design without a licensing agreement being renewed. They cant use Nvidia tech like they would need to to make gaming cards or hell even AI cards. They will have to come up with a new way to do things or get a licensing deal done with someone.

So you say they cant make gaming cards, but they can make full featured IGPs. You do know those IGPs are just scaled down dGPUs? And Intel is already heavy on the AI front. AMD isn't anyone there, its Intel and Nvidia duking that one out already. I see panic have set in already ;)
