StarOffice default save format?

We'd like to have StarOffice automatically save in MS Office formats at work. Lots of reasons, primarily because some of our workers use MSO and it's a pain for IT when documents get e-mailed from one to another and people panic.

So does anyone know a way to change the default behavior of SO8 (and OOo 2.0) to save MS documents?

For OpenOffice...

Tools -> Options -> Load/Save -> General

Use the drop down boxes under Default File Format to set the Document Type and then Always Save As for each type.
