Stand alone Equalizer with Optical in/out?

I am looking to purchase an equalizer for my non PC hardware. (Wii, PS2, X360 eventually)
The Teac EQA-120 10 Band Graphic Equalizer is looking mighty attractive, but I noticed there is no optical in/out. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00069QR84/cnet-ce-20/ref=nosim
Is there a stand alone unit that has optical in/out? Or is this my best bet?

What you're looking for is a digital EQ, something mostly used in recording studios. The problem with digital EQ's is they sound very sterile and do their best to replicate a good analog EQ's sound (which they still don't do very well). I'm not sure what kind of EQ'ing you're trying to do, but if your system doesn't sound too great without an EQ, you'd probably be happier getting nicer speakers than trying to make mediocre ones sound better.

shit, that actually looks pretty damn nice.. behringer has some cheap stuff, but they do have some good shit too :cool:
