I'm a sous chef at a country club and well to keep the story short, I am looking for a HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point) program that will allow me to enter in ingredients, and return to me a HACCP plan for those items.

If anyone knows of or has heard of something like this, any info would be greatly appreciated.
