I am having problems with the sounds in SS2. The voices and the music sounds OK. Some of the soundeffects are also OK. but the weapons don't sound the way they should. Instead of a satisfying bang when I fire the shotgun I hear a slight disturbance of the sound.
I have tried to adjust the number of voices in the SS2 audio menu. I also tried it with EAX on and off. Then I updated my Audigy2 drivers and my EAX drivers. That didn't help either.
Has someone else had (and solved) this problem?
