generally, PC Input on TVs and AVRs referes to VGA with analog audio.

I have this receiver, and love it. I have a gaming PC, Wii, Xbox, PS3, and cable box all hooked up through HDMI and have had no issues. I recommend you use HDMI instead of VGA+3.5mm audio anyway, if your PC has the output. You get much better audio and cleaner wiring.
