Sale pricing is for 5/6 only, so there are about 3 hours left on this deal.

I don't buy a lot from Groupon, but this seems pretty [H]ot. With the additional $20 off sale pricing, it's selling for about $100 less than other stores.

I've been in the market for a smaller Bluetooth speaker like the UE Megaboom for a while now, but when I saw this I couldn't pass it up. Looks like it would make a pretty killer speaker for the garage, patio, deck, indoor/outdoor parties, etc. This thing consistently gets 4.5 - 5 star reviews everywhere.
 
Lol get it for wireless Bluetooth functionality only to haul around an AC cord. 27lbs too.

Battery life on a speaker with this much power would be horrible. "Haul around" an AC cord? This is meant to plug in somewhere and blast tunes without having to be connected to an AV receiver or other equipment via audio cables, which I personally think is very cool.

There are plenty of smaller speakers that are totally wireless. I actually need one of those for the office, just waiting on the right deal. :)
 
I've heard that Sony before, it sounds really good in an open room for a BT speaker. I'm suspicious of its claimed 470watts, but it looks like it would be great for parties.
