Somethings wrong with my main PC's internet connection plz help.

After the last time I rebooted my computer my internet wont work at all on my pc. It will not renew the DHCP info off my router nor will it work if it ry to put everything in there static. Ive tried reinstalling the lan card. Everytime I try to do ipconfig /renew it says im missing the file to do that so Im thinking maybe some sort of anti-highjacking software deleted it on accident can anyone help asap please? thanks
 
routers are finicky try messing with it more and set it to auto detect everything with dynamic ip.
 
try... killing the power to the modem, router, and pc, then plug in the modem, wate a little, then router, wate a little, then pc, and see if that helps, if not, try to manualy set the ip to what it should be and see if that works, if not you should get an error at some point, google that eror, ive had it where some spywhere puts itself between the pc and the internet so you can reset the ip w/o having the spyware instaled,
