"bjamm"... he's a member on this board... he "sells" stuff... and ive sent him $105 for his MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum, and i havent received my motheboard.. and i havent had my money sent back to me, the last time he was on was 8 days ago

5-6-05 was the date that i sent the money order... he received the money order 5-16-05.. its 5-28-05.. and still hasnt sent my Motherboard to me (i have all of our PMs, both mine and his)

does anyone know how i can fix this.. cuz i dont like to let $105 just get away like that!!

no.. but i thought since he was selling to other people and i guess those went fine, that he wouldnt try to pull somethin (no one else said anything bad about him after they bought stuff).. because he has stuff marked as SOLD.. hmm

but for some reason he hasnt been back to the forum in 8 days and hasnt sent my product nor my money back
 
did you get and kind of info from hi,? Name address phone numbers (do not post them here)? you already said that you did get refs which was mistake #1
 
Also, you shouldn't send money orders unless you know them/know they have good refs. Money orders can't be cancelled to my knowledge. Next time you trade use a Credit Card on www.paypal.com becuase if they troll you, you may be able to get your money back.
 
Well, USPS money orders are good because if someone trolls you, they are committing mail fraud which the USPS will investigate (if you ask them to). And they know where the person lives. :)

If you pay by CC through paypal, paypal can do an investigation. But even if they side with you, they cannot give you money back if the person doesn't have money in their account. You can file a chargeback with your CC company, but if you do that, paypal normally cancels your account shortly afterward.
 
Yes, good idea. if you sent a USPS MO. contact them to get a copy of the cashed MO, takes 90 days tho :(

After you recieve it go into your PO and file a mail fraude form. Have the copy oif the MO with you.

When i first started trading online and before Paypal, i used ISPS MOs and thats what i had to do go thru when i lost $150 to a troll, never did get anything out of it tho, live and you learn :)

Not to take away from your post.. you've can pick up the K8N Neo2 Platinum for 70.00 at the Egg... the only draw back its refurb'd..
 
bjamm replied and said that there was an understanding that shipping would be delayed until his new computer is completed. He also says he has replied to all of your PMs.
 
i always send USPS money orders... and he just replied to mine, and didnt know that i PMed him the other day and tried to say that i didnt PM him b4 posting this thread.. when i did! so he hasnt replied to all my PMs and hopefully he will get on here more so i can keep in contact with him easier.. and i can get my motherboard or money back...

and i would rather pay the extra money, instead of paying for refurb.. i already noticed that newegg had it for that (but i dont wanna buy a refurb part)..

Wow, this "bjamm" guy is something else. He's ripped off so many people. Hope he's brought to justice.

I have been in contact with him throughout and in no way shape or form have I not told him what was going on.and sent his money back over a week ago.

The reason I was gone for 8 days was I was going out of town for personal reasons, however I told him this BEFORE i left but yet he still acts like i did not notify him of this.

I never cashed the money order, i just returned it to him. I told him I would not cash it until I shipped the item and I did not.

I pm'ed him again yesterday with no response to see if he has received the money order back. This is why I always prefered to use Paypal, this has become a mess because I have no way to track his money getting back to him.


However, yes he Did use a USPS Money order, which I have told him 10000x times that If he does not get it he has a way to get his money back. I have not cashed the money order and has already been sent back. I dont understand why no one understands this point.

If there are any questions, feel free to PM me and I will settle everything. Money order was returned the same way it was shipped to me (regular old envelope & stamp).

I have a full log of PM's as well, I have responded to every message he has sent. I do hope to get this cleared up, and I suppose I will no longer take money orders for "pending" mobo items such as this.

Arg. I do hope to clear this up soon

i sent him 2 PMs b4 he sent the one asking if i got it, telling him i havent received it yet.. and now hes saying i havent said anything.. i think this Message Board needs to fix some bugs dealing with sending and receive PMs...
 
I do not like being threatened, especially after I already sent the money back.

I shipped it the same way you shipped it to me. In an envelope with a stamp on it.

If it was lost during mail, USPS can reclaim your money order. You dont seem to listen to this fact.

I never cashed the MO so you should not have a problem. But if it was lost in the mail then who knows who could cash it. USPS says there is a $2 fee for replacement. Even though it is not my fault, I want to get this resolved already and will send you the $2 through paypal only to get this taken care of.

But I do ask, do not ever threaten me again in a PM. I cannot do the replacement because I did not purchase the money order, you have the receipt for that. I shipped it, did not cash it, and again, for at least the 5th time, i ask you to please contact USPS so they can get you a replacement and you can get your money back.

I have done everything in my power to correct this but you do not seem to listen. If any of the mods want to contact me they may, I would like to reopen my thread so I may sell the rest of my items.
