Somehow getting shuttle to send me an RMA?

Well.. i recently just called them and asked them about my messed up ram slot. But before they want me to somehow get one of the rams on the compatibility list. Even after i told them i tried multiple ram sticks and all of them get the same outcome, they still want me to get one of the "compatible" ones. I tried searching for a local store if they had anything on the list, but came out empty handed. I would prefer buying it at a retail store then returning it.. but the only model i could find was on websites. Returns on websites suck (15% restocking + shipping charges). Any ideas?

I know this isn't helpful at all but I'll just say I stopped buying Shuttles for a reason.
