Somebody, pleas help me about RMA (XFX Graphics Card)

Dear Everyone and XFX Support Team Please help me!


I purchased my XFX graphic card on September, 2015 with 2 years warranty. But now the import company that I buy are closed their business. And now the video card has some problem (No display at all). Please help me, how can I send replacement under XFX RMA service.

I already sent some message to XFX website and they said "If the company that I brought have been closed, then there is no warranty."

Contact Mark and give him all relevant info like Make, Model, date purchased and Im sure he'll fix ya up! He helped me out on a couple of occasions. Have you fully troubleshooted the issue to be sure its a faulty card?

Yeah Pine technology they had some of the most amazing artists make the box art and shrouds for the cards. Now everything is cookie cutter boring for graphic card design but they might be better at cooling today.

Yup I remember that. I also remember they made PSU's as well. Pretty decent units, just the cables were a bit on the short side, lol.
