I was surfing through the badcaps forum and I came across this thread http://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1659
The guy mentions having problems with samples droping out in games and Prey crashing. Aparently it used Jamicon capacitors, which are not known ot be good ones. So he tried replacing it, with a new cap and sure enough. It fixed it.
