I have a few Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny M710q PCs for sale. These skylake-based systems run cool, quiet, and make a great choice for general office use, a HTPC, or a small server to keep at a remote site.

These systems have been physically sanitized, dusted, secure erased, and have had a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro 1903 installed. I have also updated the BIOS to the latest version. The Windows 10 license is a digital one that shipped tied to the hardware.
