Ergotron WorkFit-D, Sit-Stand Desk :- Sold Locally
It is in excellent condition, I've taken it a part atm (Just the top and center to save space. )Same desk in the link.

2x Ergotron LX Wall Monitor Arms :- Sold Locally
They come with all the mounting hardwares and screws to hook up the monitor. I forgot to put the brackets to hid the hinges to take the picture, but reset assure they're included.
