Software to encrypt USB; access only from certain computers

I know various scenarios for encrypting drives and restricting USB access, but this is a different situation...

I am looking for software to install on windows computers (and the usb drive) that will restrict the drive from being accessed from any other computer except those two....assumedly encrypting it and only unlocking it via the software.

IE: install on computers 1 and 2, and lock software with password. usb drive gets encrypted via software, and only can be read thru this interface.....not on any other computer it is plugged into. The user wouldn't have the software password....and would only be able to access and read files on computer 1 or 2.

I don't care if it costs money, but so far I can't find something that will do this.

Scroll down to the middle of the page,

The next time you plug in the drive to a Windows 7 machine you will be prompted to enter the password to gain access to the drive. You can also always have it unlocked on specific machines in the future.

Frick....this would work of both computers were windows 7. One is XP. I would have to give out the password, negating the whole deal, and unfortunately it HAS to stay XP.
