software asset managment software including install media archive?

We have a bunch of software that's licensed on a per seat of floating license levels and we need to be able to store where we bought it, who the vendor contact is, how much it was, what our entitlement is, how much the annual renewal is, when it's time to renew, and most importantly we also need to be able to include the install media (disk image or installer), as well as the license server install, any license files, and any other documentation that goes along with it.

Any of you aware of any software that does keep track of this stuff but doesn't cost an arm and a leg? We have maybe ~50 different licenses we need to keep track of so this isn't some large enterprise operation.

I know some ERPs that have that ability, although you'd have to first acquire the ERP, then get that app. Otherwise, just make an excel sheet and put all that stuff in

Well we do use an Excel, but it's cumbersome especially since it's not easy to keep the install media (*.iso, *.exe, *.zip), license files, and docs all in one place.

We've got a massive excel spreadsheet to keep track of ours. Install instructions via webpage, all install media on a server with a custom install .exe file.
