Got this a week ago and used it a few times. Heres a quick review for those thinking about buying it:
+ easy to use for htpc's with a frontend (comes with one, Beyond Media Basic)
+ a lot of supported apps.
+ buttons to launch programs (music player, photo slideshow, TV, etc.)
+ uses RF (radio freq. - can use with objects in the way)
- RF base antenna has to be positioned perfectly, or else you'll have to wave the remote around finding the area it works in --I'd rather it be an IR remote
- hard to reach all buttons using thumb, while holding with one hand
- a little too light (weight) for me

I would rather have a wireless mouse/keyboard since I surf the web w/ my htpc, but it would be great for someone who uses their htpc for tv, dvd, music, or has XP MCE.
--I might sell it for around 35 shipped if anyones interested.
