Smallest case that will fit full size video card

Buddy of mine has that. Looking for something comparable in size or even smaller. I have a GTX770 which is measuring at 10.5 inches.

Any recommendations?

Thanks, the Fractal case is slightly larger, and the SG10 is considerably larger.

Looking for something smaller, if it even exists that is.

If those aren't options then I would have to say no.
A case tat needs to fit a card between 10.5-11" will be larger than what your buddy has.

Coolermaster Elite 120 or 130 should do the trick and not much larger then what he has now. Can fit an AIO watercooling unit in there as well without too many problems and they are cheap.
