slowing down a computer to run old programs

anyone recall a program that eats cpu time so that it slows down the computer? A friend of mine needs it for an old game, and I remember seeing one but I don't remember what it's called.

I used to use one called moslo. I don't know if it is still around or if it still works, but it might be worth looking in to.

I second that. Don't try any of those programs that try and slow down your computer by using a lot of CPU time - they suck... You will get very crappy results, like it will be slow for 1 second and really fast the next second.

Use DosBox. Its an emulator thats made to do exactly what your friend wants...
