Are you having user issues with the drive, or are you just complaining about benchmark numbers?

You don't get laid often enough.

My car could get me to work at 40MPH but it's designed to go 160MPH

Are these normal speeds or is something wrong. The write speed looks suspicious

So it's okay that the write speeds on 4K or whatever is slower on my SSD than my HDD

In the above screen shot left is SSD right is HDD

If these speeds are okay then I'm happy but the write speed looked suspiciously low

You don't get laid often enough.

And apparently you don't read often enough. Did you even look at the specs of the drive before you bought it?

here's a benchmark albiet from the 256GB V4

much higher than mine

The write speeds on higher capacity SSDs are almost always higher than the same model with lesser capacity.

Here is a cut and paste from newegg:

32GB Crucial V4:
4KB Random Read: Up to 10,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write: Up to 1,200 IOPS
Max Sequential Read: Up to 200 MB/s
Max Sequential Write: Up to 60 MB/s

64GB Crucial V4:
4KB Random Read: Up to 10,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write: Up to 2,400 IOPS
Max Sequential Read: Up to 230 MB/s
Max Sequential Write: Up to 100 MB/s

128GB Crucial V4:
4KB Random Read: Up to 10,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write: Up to 4,000 IOPS
Max Sequential Read: Up to 230 MB/s
Max Sequential Write: Up to 175 MB/s

256GB Crucial V4:
4KB Random Read: Up to 10,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write: Up to 4,000 IOPS
Max Sequential Read: Up to 230 MB/s
Max Sequential Write: Up to 190 MB/s

No I didn't look at the specs to be honest hahahah

Thanks for the help, reading failure

FWIW in this aging 2009 PC it's speedy
