Here's the main RIG I'm going to get. It's not going to be used for gaming (barely any gaming actually). It will be coupled with an Athlon 2500+ XP with an Asrock compatable motherboard. It will have only one hard drive (80 GB WD 8 MB Cache). One DVD+RW with one 256 MB stick of pc-3200 RAM.

If the claims are true that Sparkle is a good power supply company, could it feed enough power to the rig I'm building? TY. BTW, I found this PSU in my box that used to power my Athlon 700 rig with NO problems (even dual drive, etc etc).

People power that much in their shuttles with smallish </=250w power supplies. That doesn't mean it's good, however

I'm pretty sure if my cheap CompUSA 250w could power my mATX system (P4 2.4, 2 HHDs, 2 DVD drives + 1 external DVD burner), then your Sparkle could power yours with no problems :)

Very nice. I didn't know such a thing existed. Mine came out as top 180 Watts required on the TAKA site. I'm sure my PSU can work. Thanks a lot people.
