Simple Win7 question

1. Where is the windows 7 family pack http://gizmodo.com/5327531/windows-7-family-pack-pricing-confirmed-at-149 going to be sold you think? When you look for pre-order for windows 7 theres only the upgrades and full retail 3 versions at every store, no mention of the family pack.

The Family Pack special offer is not yet available, and Microsoft has stated that after it becomes available it will remain so for only a limited period of time.

There has been no statement made regarding the date it will be made available, or whether or not it will be made available via retail outlets or via Microsoft Store only.



Anybody other than Microsoft making suggestions at this point in time is merely speculating. Nobody 'knows' because it hasn't been announced yet!

Thanks guys, obviously not enough has been confirmed for anyone to know anything for sure.

I got another question, for that college buying of windows 7 (29.99) http://gizmodo.com/5361767/college-students-get-windows-7-for-30 i know thats a download , and a dvd gets sent to you if you pay for that. Does that download not start until october 22nd?
