Simple program to convert .mov to Creative Zen Vision: M compatible format?

I've got a friend that needs to convert some .mov files to a compatible format for his Zen Vision: M.
Which are MPEG1/2/4-SP, WMV9, Motion-JPEG, compatible
DivX® 4 and 5, XviD and AVI.
Any recommendations for a simple player to do this? He isn't very tech savvy. If it worked for DVDs, that would be great too.

The same company has a product called Any DVD Converter. Check out the trial and weigh against the cost. Its features and ease of use may be worth the $40 to your friend. There is a free trial I saw on their site to test out.
