Simple, must have GTA IV graphical mods?

I don't wanna spend hours and hours trying and troubleshooting mods. I just gonna go beat GTA IV and I was wondering what the must have graphical mods are that aren't like a giant pain in the ass to get working?

I'm thinking something along the lines of Stalker Complete. Hoping there's something like that out there?

Nothing like the Stalker complete mod. Icenhancer enb is the most popular. For textures anything from lord neophyte will do, dkt70's road textures and chikamru real traffic mods should make your game nice looking. Best visuals is from the right timecyc configuration.

For car replacements, avoid car packs as the gta euphoria engine can't that many customisations as you will get the 'all yellow taxi's' problem so just do car replacements one by one.
