Silent 350-500w PSU with x2 PCI express cables

Any recommendations for a good one that runs cool and silent? It'll be used in a low power system (sandy bridge i3 or i5 max/GTX460)

I should have mentioned this earlier, but I'm on a pretty tight budget so I wanted something in the <$100 range, preferably in the $60-$80 range. Sorry about that.

I'm very happy with my AX850's cooling and how silent it is if that means anything.

I had the Original S12 520w years ago, and it was incredibly quiet...I can only imagine the S12II carries on that tradition.
 
Thanks a lot for the suggestions, I'll probably go with the Seasonic since I doubt I'll even need more than 400w
