I saw in my user CP a sig function so I created a sig but I notice it doesn't show and I've also noticed no-one else seems to have one...am I correct in assuming that sigs are disabled?

Just curious is all, I looked in FAQ's but didn't see any mention of sigs or avs but after reading the av q thread I saw that av's are disabled so that answers that question.
