If I click the link at the top of the page, I just get an infinite 'wait circle'...
(yea it's IE,haha sorry....)

I assume I can just goto patreon .com ?
Is there any special info I need ?

Just a quick follow up ...

Yea , it was IE.....tried on my two win7 IE boxes....fail, won't load .
Pulled out my laptop, chrome had no issues.
