I'm thinking of buying a Sigma DP2 or DP3 Merrill. I downloaded Sigma Pro Photo to check it out and it's features and it won't launch.
I have Windows 7 64-bit. In the instructions it says to download and install Windows Update Program (KB2929755) prior to installing SPP. But when I go to install KB2929755 I get this message:
"The update is not applicable to your computer."
I even tried changing the settings under compatiblity mode to run under Win 7 and to run this program as administrator but it still won't launch.
When I click on the SPP icon the cursor changes to a circle like it's starting to launch but never does. What gives?
