What speakers are those and what's driving them?
They are Alesis M1 Active MK2 and they are self powered. I got them used about 20 years ago. What speakers are those and what's driving them?
Sub? Kind?

I also have an M-Audio BX 10" Subwoofer under the desk.

Oh, a little story about the sub. I bought it used from Sweetwater or some other online music store retailer for $200.
I had it for about a week and I was showing my friend that it has a foot pedal so that you can bypass the sub and send full range to the speakers.
Well, I plugged in the foot pedal and when I activated the bypass one of the speaker channels turned off. Turns out the sub was faulty.
Called up M-Audio since it still had warranty and they said I can send it in for repair, and I asked if they were covering shipping since it was a large heavy box and they said yes.
I sent it to their repair facility and waited. About a month later I called M-Audio about it and they gave me the number to the repair facility.
I called up the repair facility and asked for the status of my sub and they said that they are waiting on the schematics from M-Audio.
I called M-Audio back and told them what the repair facility said and they decided to just send me a brand new sub.
A couple of days later a brand new BX Sub arrives and has been working perfectly since.
Is that a full tower torrent ?View attachment 494062
I'm thinking about going back to 16:9 aspect ratio with the new LG C2. As much as I enjoy 38 inch ultrawide, I think I miss the extra vertical space.
Yes. Non RGB version. Is that a full tower torrent ?
I've used 43" 4K TVs for years. I value the vertical real estate too much to go back to an ultra wide like yours. Still deciding on the LG C2 42". Almost pulled the trigger about 2 months ago, but bailed at the last minute.View attachment 494062

RP - 160s and a SW-10 added to the mix
Not even a wallpaper. Just a background to a YouTube video. Can you give me that wallpaper?
Thanks
Still don’t know what to do with the Center (the current position is due to the old monitor setup). My desk is height adjustable and would collide with the Center.
Maybe behind the screen?![]()

Thank youVery nice!!
I that a Work and Home setup? Wish I could pull off something that neat and clean.
Is the middle monitor for the print queue? Looks nice.My humble home office.
Left is 6700k/16gb/rx580/Acer VA27 (and my cat, Cotton, in his favorite chair)
Right is 6700/16gb/rx480/Asus 27EHE
Center 23' LG monitor serves the two rigs, one at a time, via HDMI or DVI-D. I usually keep it on TV or youtube while I work/play.
Old, but still gold.

It's a custom build. I came up with the general design and specs and my father in law built it over 10 years ago, before sit stand desks were something you could readily buy.No one is talking about this desk. I love it! I currently have a solid core wood door on an Upliftdesk frame but none of the cool stuff going on under and definitely nothing like the keyboard surface on it's own lift. I'd love to know more.
EXACTLY! I have over/under ultra wide 34" displays and it really sucks to use the top one. This is the solution I need. I could never recreate the beautiful oak work but I certainly can jankily cobble together some old used junk.I had separate keyboard and monitor surfaces because looking up at more monitors is a pain in the neck
My only concern with the desk is the middle area is lifted. Cramping your leg space? Either you put your feet in front or on top like a foot rest. If that area was cut out wouldn't you have a more comfortable leg area? That way you can stretch out your legs however you want or have a more comfortable footrest if you need to. Right? Maybe I'm just very conscious about leg comfort lol. It's a custom build. The front and back are controlled separately by heavy duty actuators that can handle 800 lbs, the wood is solid oak.
I had separate keyboard and monitor surfaces because looking up at more monitors is a pain in the neck, so in order to accommodate the height without being a pain in the neck they need to go lower than the keyboard. I actually just wanted it to be a little bit height adjustable so when I got other monitors it would be perfect, but ended up making it go full sit stand range because the actuators had enough range in them.

Do you notice a difference in ppi like viewing text between the two? alienware has 122 ppi vs the LG's 104The upgrade from Alienware AW3821DW IPS LCD to LG C2 42" OLED was as big as going from mechanical HD to SSD.
The AW is just 109 at 38" 3840x1600, right? So only marginally sharper than the LG.Do you notice a difference in ppi like viewing text between the two? alienware has 122 ppi vs the LG's 104
