Updated my MacBook desktop for school and now with Time Capsule. I like to keep it simple.

This sweet, how do you mod your desktop like that? Can you point me to a website? I'm an OSX newbie who is bored with xp and needs to switch things up on the weekends.

Only 1 VRX a side but a bunch of Clair wedges on stage? What's going on here. Please tell me the main PA is out of the shot. ... and spansets only on the VRX... no safety steel?

Sorry, just busting your balls.

Each side has four (4) JBL VerTec VT4888's, two (2) JBL SRX728S subs, and 2 JBL VRX932LA's for side-fill. Rounding it out is 2 JBL VRX932LA's for front fill's (what you see).

All powered by a a few racks of Crown iTech 6000 or 8000's.

weird corner rounding in the bottom right...

do want new mbp... saving currently.

lets keep this thread going. I could be used on a "switch" commercial - used to be a die hard windows user now mac freak

my college setup - majority of my icons are aliases which expand based on application type

on the way: 4 gig upgrade, and 750 gig external hard drive

what programs do you use to display info directly on your desktop? sorta like the dashboard?

to previous poster: hey how did you manage to bunch programs together on your dock?

its pretty easy. There is a video online some where on how to do it, but i couldn't find it

1. Open up finder

2. create folders based on what apps you want to bunch together on your desktop
- I have iApps, MS Office, CS3, and Random (calculator, front row, etc.)

3. Using the finder window, highlight which apps you want to bunch then press and hold Option and Command and drag (you should see a little curved arrow on the bottom left) the apps into their appropriate folder.

4. Repeat step 3, for all the folders or "bunches" you want to put on your dock

5. Drag those folders (which should only contain the aliases) to the right side of the dock where the expandable folders are.

note: you can't delete the folders that contain the aliases that are on your desktop, otherwise the folders on your dock will show up as question marks. Move those folders to some place like Documents.

My first Mac, been enjoying the experience so far. This is on a 2.2Ghz Santa Rosa Macbook Pro:
