Ahh thanks man, brings back memories of me on the beach with my truck doing panoramas :) I lived in Ormond Beach 3 years ago, up in NJ now (moved here for work) - Im taking my photograph gear to daytona end of march, hopefully i can tae some pics after the damn SBr's leave.

Hello all. First post in this forum.

I started with a Kodak DC50 camera that I used with my autobody shop to take pictures of damage to vehicles. Then I moved up to the Fuji Finepix 2300 and used that for a while until for some reason I decided I needed to upgrade to the fuji finepix 4800Zoom. Which I still have. However I never really liked the kind of cameras which I refer to as pocket cameras. I always liked the type where I can add lenses and manual focus etc. So recenlty I purchased a Fuji Finepix s5000. I just got it on monday and have been taking some pictures whenver I can. Here are some of them.

I resized them so they would fit better on these pages. I'll include the link to the full size image.

First picture is of my sister in law taken at her 25th birthday party on tuesday night.

It isn't politically correct to say it. However, I would be lying if I was in the ghetto and felt that way. I try not to be racist, but there are plenty of facts to back up the thinking.

I'm offended everyday by minorities.
There are stereotypes for a reason though.

Anyway, this is a photography thread. If you want to yap about prejudices go elsewhere.

you have your right to be offened, just as he has his right to offend you. its also your right to not listen to him, but he has his right to say it.

Here's a pic I took of the sunset yesterday with my S50:

Nice picture, Mr_Bucket. Very clear exposure, despite (what appears to be) a lack of light.

17-40mm f/4.0L

I wish I had a 16-35 f/2.8L or a 15mm f/2.8 fisheye

would have let me get away with better exposures

A couple shots from behind the hotel I was at.. I was in Florida for a day and a half but couldn't get anywhere exotic to experiment more with my new C-750 :)
