Should I worry about a web page asking me for my Frontier PIN?

Yesterday I was browsing the web like normal on Chrome OS. Then I tried to do a Google search. Chrome gave me a warning that my connection to Google may not be private. When I tried to open another web page, I was redirected to another web site. The following is a screenshot of what it looked like. Is this normal behavior for Frontier? I have never experienced anything like this.

You should really contact your ISP service dept., via phone, regarding this.

It is absolutely a scam. You may have malware on your PC, run a scan using something like Malwarebytes Thank you for downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Your router is likely fine, they were probably using DNS or hostname lists or some such tool to target Frontier customers. IF you filled this form out call Frontier by phone and change your pin immediately.

After speaking with a tech support rep on the phone yesterday, I am under the impression that this behavior is legitimate after all.
