should I get Nvidia card? (frametimes question)

I play exclusively CS:GO and this are my current frametimes, I'm considering replacing my AMD 7950 with something like GTX780.
Also my motherboard has a PLX chip in it so my understanding is that it also add latency, also replacing mobo.
so in conclusion virgin P67 (intel p67 PCI-E 2.0 x16) amd something like a Nvidia GTX780.

For CS GO you dont need a 780. What you need is BF4 maybe.

Ive heard that Nvidia has better frametimes, yeah the 7950 is enough for csgo regarding fps.

LOL CS:GO would run at 200 FPS with a 550.

buying a 780 would be like using an FA/18 to go food shopping.
