Should I be worring about my North/southbridge temps on P5Q Pro?

My E8400 is running 487fsb i believe, and my nb voltage is 1.46. I've never had instability problems but I don't think I can monitor my temps on either the north or southbridge. Should I be worried about them or is stability a sign that the temps are probably ok?

you should be able to atleast see your northbridge temps using something like speedfan.. turn the program on.. run it idle.. then stress test it.. and look for one of the temp sensors rising but no where near what the cpu sensor is going up at.. should see atleast 3 temps sensors.. temp1 temp2 and temp3, one will be system temp,second one should be the northbridge temp, and the other one is motherboard cpu temp sensor.. but id guess its probably running in the 50-60C range which isnt totally bad..
