The Q11 doesn't have intakes on the bottom, though, right?
The GPU in my Q11 gets ridiculously hot. In fact I think an old MSI mini760 died due to the poor air flow down there. Some of the fan blades actually looked sort of melted. I now no longer try to lower the case fan speed for quietness, so it's a fairly loud case now.
Someone on here did a case mod where they cut a hole in the bottom and stuck a fan down there and put the HDD's where the optical bay is. Much better design.
Is the website going to be up again anytime soon? No one wants the sale of the case to be halted right now just because the site is down. The sooner it's up, the sooner we can get our cases.![]()
I ordered the osmi case last week.
Hopefully you can send this fast![]()
I'll give it another 2 weeks for pre-orders and I will order first production batch of 50 units after that. I will pay for manufacturing my self if needed, so Osmi will happen.
Sorry if this has been discussed already but it's there a way to pre order without bank transfer? Like paypal or something? Please
Thanks for that. Appreciate. I will try to figure something out just give me another few days i don't wanna miss out on the first batch. Thanks.I don't know if that helps but I used TransferWise. You can use a credit card this way and fees are low.
Looks like an awesome case. Is there is a list of graphics cards that are the right size? I'd like to know how much it limits my GPU options.

I wouldn't be so casual in concluding that Sapphire's ITX compact GPUs fit in a 180mm deep double layer aluminum enclosure, when you take their PEG connectors orientation into account (even if you acquire one of those trimmed 6/8pin PCIe cable off ebay):Any ITX sized GPU really. [...] and Sapphire's ITX R9 285 just to name a few.
Any idea if the R9 Nano will fit in the Osmi case? It uses a single 8pin on the end of the card, as opposed to having it on the top like Asus' Direct CU Mini 970
Yes it will fit. it's 6" long, so about 153mm, which gives you enough space for the PEG connector.
Did any of you receive confirmation of some kind from hg computer ?
I haven't had a single confirmation, even after the bank transfer and that worries me a bit...
can the mod rename this thread to indicate osmi case ?

Annnd HG-Computers.eu is down. Again. I'm almost certain there won't be another sale for the OSMI case in the future if this keeps on happening.
I just received confirmation from hg computers. The cases should be manufactured by the end of august and I should receive mine (in France) in the first week of September \o/.
I'm really looking forward to moving my config into this case. I'll take pictures of the process and post them here.
