Setting up Silverstone DS380

anyone know how to set this up bought this case because it was said to support 12 hdds, 8 internal 4 in back but doesnt mention how im supposed to wire this do i have to plug in 4 sata power and molex at same time? do i really need to use sas and sata to use all 8 drives?

yes, I am guessing that Molex is for the 2 Fans and drives and the 3 SATA power are for the drives as well, need to plug them all in.
That SAS/SATA connector wording is kinda confusing. I'll see what I can find.

That picture only shows one half of the backplane if I remember correctly. That is 4 drives, if you look in the case, the back plane should be twice as tall and will have 8 SATA and 8 SAS connectors.
You will use the 8 SATA labeled ones.

ill take a look soon as im home see if i can set this up. should be able to use the sf 450 but ill tinker and see if cant make this work. ill make a duct tape skirt since the guy who made the carbon fiber one doesnt ship to canada. ty for pic this will be helpful.
