Setting up a network for a 41 bedroom "house", tell me if I'm way off

I'd be interested to see what kind of permit you get for putting anything on that roof that allows people up there. We looked at that for an old car dealership that we turned into office space, and it just required to much structural work (aka money) to meet current codes, never mind all the accessibility issues.

Well he did say he was working with structural engineers... Would be amazed if they are able to do anything on the roof.

Happy to post as soon as I have a solid answer. Anything permit related can take months though it's a bummer. I'm already going to have to rip out showers because someone put them in without a permit 10 years ago.

Hi,

For the wireless network, why not install a centralized wireless system from Motorola (RFS6000/7000). Here in Portugal we have install several systems of these.
