Server Room Temperature Monitoring and Alerting

What do you guys use to monitor room temperature and conditions? I'm looking for something that will monitor temperature, possibly smoke, and flooding. I'd also like it to notify via SMS, email, etc.

I second APC NetBotz. It has a ton of expandability, reporting, logging, cameras; it's great. Very easy to setup and use, also.

My company's working with APC NetBotz right now, writing some integration software for their hardware, and it's been a snap. The web interface is pretty straightforward, and if you want to write your own console to interrogate the cameras/environmental units and report the information you can do that, too, you just need the API.

We use Sensaphone where I work, seems to work good as our HVAC units tend to leak fairly often.
