Sennheiser RS 140 Headphones

I am glad to find this Sennheiser RS 140 Wireless Balanced Headphones is only $99 now at amazon, that sounds a good price. But the price is still a little high for me. So I need to know is the price worth it?

Wireless headphones are something to avoid if at all possible - battery issues + interference.
 
I've personally listened to the RS130 model (very similar to the RS140) and they were comfortable and produced a pretty good sound. They also had pretty good range from the receiver. What I didn't like was the very slight hiss that would come through if you had the volume set to high. The good news is that in most cases, a good portion of it can be worked out by changing the balance of volume between the headphones and the transmitting device (iPod, Stereo Receiver, etc.)
