sending a 150 recipient email... reduce chances of spam filter

Im about to send out an email from gmail to about 150 people whom I never emailed before. I was curious... will tossing all of them in one big bulk BCC send increase the likelihood of it getting flagged as spam versus doing it in smaller batches?

150 emails you should be fine with BCC,
