Sempron 2400+ only showing up as 1.35GHz

I'm using a Sempron 2400+ with a Chaintech "SKT600" KT600 motherboard and it's only running at 1.35GHz when it should be running at 1.667GHz

I can only adjust the FSB from 100MHz to 165MHz

How can I fix this?

first, make sure you have the latest bios.
second, though the multiplier is probably locked, make sure it's at 10x, and the fsb of the sempr0n 2400+ should be 166mhz... if you can only do 165mhz.. well, you'll just be 10mhz slow, but i highly doubt you'll notice the difference

look into your manual!

it will show you that a jumper needs to be moved to get 166-199fsb
