FYI you can split up Splinter Cell and Assassins Creed easily if you'd like. If you redeem the code through Nvidia, they will provide you with two promo codes for Uplay, one for each game. They aren't actual game codes, they are discount codes so you can "buy" the game on Uplay, and then use the promo code to bring your balance to $0 and then checkout with your game.

Im back, still have a copy of Assasins creed, A copy of batman, and 2 copies of splinter cell.
