Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has a release date of March 22, 2019. Here is the new announcement trailer from the Tokyo Game Show. The Tokyo Game Show event is scheduled from Wednesday, September 19 - Sunday, September 23 2018.

I went with the Google date for TGS which used the Eastern USA time zone for the date since Japan is ahead of us as far as time goes.
