Seeking comments for this new build

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my existing PC-133 (yikes!) system to something newer and affordable, keeping under ~$350.00 and reusing my existing AGP card (ATI 9700 PRO). I'll be doing some moderate gaming, playing some of the games I haven't been able to play yet (Doom, FarCry, HL, et cetera). .

I would appreciate any comments about the following build. I'll likely add more RAM in the future, as the board has four slots to accomodate this.

I'd go with the Asrock 939DUAL-SATA2 instead, but I cant seem to find it anywhere, hehe. So, what you've got listed is good.

You could also go with a conroe setup if you had about a bit more cash:
